Cycling in the Maas-Schwalm-Nette Nature Park

Discover the cross-border Maas-Schwalm-Nette Nature Park with its swamp forests, numerous lakes, moors and heathlands on your cycle tour. In the “Elmpter Schwalmbruch”, you will find the largest juniper heathland on the left bank of the Niederrhein.

One tour takes you to the Niederrhein Open-Air Museum in Grefrath. Here, the past comes to life, and you can learn how people lived in the Niederrhein region a hundred years ago. Afterwards, treat yourself to a delicious pancake at the “Pannekookehuus”.
